In our previous experience in delivering distance learning courses we have rarely had to field more than a couple of questions a week from any one student. There have been exceptions to this but it certainly wasn't the rule.

We hate to have to set a limit, as it is our job to make sure you understand the material in front of you, but in turn we must be fair to ALL students on this course and be able to give our time to everyone rather than just a few individuals.

With this said, we reserve the right to limit the e-mails to one per day per student if we feel the tutor support system is being abused. If we decide to set this limit, then each subsequent e-mail may contain up to 3 questions, and each question must relate to the material supplied as part of this course.
